Requirements & feasibility
Share drawings, samples or a concept. BPG engineering reviews geometry, material and volume targets — and advises on cost-optimal design, as it does for domestic and international customers today.

Mold research, design & manufacturing
BPG designs 100% of its plastic molds in-house at Vietnam Plastic Mould JSC (VPM) — 26 modern machines including CNC, bed milling, drilling, lathes, grinders and mold-measuring equipment. 100+ molds delivered annually, from 10 cm to 1.2 m.

Material selection
Consultation to choose the best plastic material for the application and production cost — including recycled-content streams from BPG Recycle (3,400 – 5,500 tons processed monthly).

Prototype & testing
Mold trials and product testing on BPG's own machines before release — molds are verified for long-term stable operation and high durability.

Mass production
≈100 injection molding machines across the group, presses from 120 to 3,000 tons — including 2,800-ton machines among the largest-capacity injection machines operating in northern Vietnam.

Quality assurance
Factories operate to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015; the BTS factory adds ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP (2026) for food-contact programs. Export orders served to international standards.

Packaging & logistics
Complete A-to-Z packages with assembly and packaging — coordinated with BPG Logisall, the group's transport/logistics and pallet-leasing member company, for US-bound shipments.
